Nine Months, March 25 2004 53. Within nine months of the effective date of this Agreement, the County will install signage as necessary to comply with 28 C.F.R. � 35.163(b) and Standards � 4.1.2(7)(c), after having surveyed all County facilities for the purpose of identifying those that have multiple entrances not all of which are accessible. Inaccessible entrances shall have directional signage to indicate the route to the nearest accessible entrance. _____________________________________________________________________________ MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 70. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, at three, six, nine, and 12 months after the effective date of this Agreement, and annually thereafter until the termination or expiration of the Agreement, the County will submit written reports to the Department summarizing the actions the County has taken pursuant to this Agreement. Reports will include detailed photographs showing measurements, architectural plans, work orders, notices published in the newspapers, copies of adopted policies, and proof of efforts to secure funding/assistance for structural renovations or equipment.
