aggregate principal amount of not to exceed Four Million Two Hundred
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($4,215,000) and to execute and deliver the
loan agreement and other documents relating to said borrowing; providing
for
the application of the proceeds of said borrowing and the payment of the
County�s obligations under the loan agreement.
2. Consideration of adopting a resolution for the
seven year energy efficiency (ECD) capital outlay notes private sale.
